Suited our needs for a weekend stay

The cleaning fee was thankfully refunded after my complaint. The hot water was an issue and very quickly turns cold in the shower. The emergency contact was ignored for an hour when contacted, this is not good enough. My son also got injured on their UNSAFE bunk bed. Firstly, the mattress on the top bunk didn’t fit the base, making the gaps in the bunk bed exposed, dangerous for a child to use. My son got injured and cut from an unsafe screw on the ladder down from the top bunk. 3 screws matched and 1 was about 4cm long, leading to it loosening (after one use) and becoming dangerous (sticking out), resulting in my son cutting his bottom with a 6-7cm welt/scratch. On the last day, we got electric shocks whilst using the ‘new’ shower, so unsafe. Marks blasé attitude was shocking to the dangerous bunk bed.

  Very accommodating host. Perfect for a family fun weekend near amusements, beach and really decent fish and chips. Would definitely recommend Monty's fish & chips.

My daughter loved the duvet and said it kept her cozy all night. It was pretty quiet in the area when we showed up, however there were two separate homes that near the rental that were smoking things we didn’t want our kids’ breathing so that was frustrating because we couldn’t let them outside and explore, BUT we know know that was completely out of their hands. We would be happy to stay there again! Thank you!!

  Nice small chalet. Nice and tidy and well kitted out. Nice welcome pack. A bit of a squeeze for 5 but we managed.
Struggled to get comfy on main... read more double bed. V hard and I kept rolling into the middle.
Previous comments suggested it was cold. We stuck on both heaters and we were fine. But it did take a bit of time to warm the 2nd bedroom.
The kids said their double and single bunk were really comfy, if a little squeaky 😁
Located within easy reach of attractions.
The fish and chips from the Hemsby chippy were fantastic
Good info in the welcome pack.
In summary. Nice tidy small base for exploring the area. Tight for 5, but ok for 4.
